About the event
SS sessions with Reshmi are meant to be a touch point for you to connect to your self, release what's held within and reset your mind, body & energy via breathwork, reflection, mobility, somatics & energetics.
Sessions are between 45 minutes in length and it is encouraged to give yourself 10-15 minutes after camera comes off to integrate your session into your body, find your breathe & continue your day!
Participate LIVE with Reshmi, those registered who cannot participate live will receive a recording of the session.
Everyone will receive access to the class for 30 days.
